Our first meeting was to discuss if we were compatible as trainer/trainee. I was amazed at how together and organized Sham is. He doesn't just incorporate a workout routine, but a system of things to change your life. I was fully surprised, but it made me even more motivated to start.
I have been going to the gym for a while, but not religiously and I haven't seen great results. As a former competitive athlete, my days of constant exercise are over and I sit at a desk most of the time. But I want to have a better looking and healthier body.
I'm very excited to start working with Sham.
